Retail Product Return Policy

Product returns are non-refundable and will only be given a spa credit. Retail product returns must be discussed with management as individual case may vary. If product is damaged or altered in any way you will not be eligible for spa credit. 

Cancellation Policy

Your time is extremely important to us, therefore we are reserving a spot just for you!  In order to accommodate our clients and their schedules, we ask you notify us right away if plans change. Clients who do not contact us 24 hours in advanced or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a missed appointment fee. The fee is up to 50% of the service/services you had booked. Leaving your visa on file will be mandatory to be re-book your appointment/appointments.  For any questions or concerns please ask to speak with management.
